abstract

the purpose of this research was to explaining the relationship of oi and oa with organizational entrepreneurship in ministry of sports and youth of iran. the research methodology was descriptive-correlation and the population includes all of the experts at six deputies in ministry of sport and youth in 2013 comprising of 340 people. 180 of the population were selected through stratified random sampling in proportion to the volume. the measurement instruments of this research were questionnaires of the albrecht (2003), the brown’s organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire (1997) and self-constructed organizational agility questionnaire by sarabandi (1390). to confirm the reliability of the questionnaires, the cronbach&apos;s alpha were used. to analyze the data, the descriptive statistics ( frequency, percentage, standard deviation and figuers) were employed and pierson correlation coefficient, t-test, anova and multiple regression were used for inferential analysis. the results of pearson correlation showed that, there were a significant relationship between oi and oe (p> 0/01 ,r=0/564), and oa and oe (r=0.753, p< 0.001). also, based on multiple regression, three indices of oi and three indices of oa can explain 40 and 81 percent of changes in oe respectively.
